Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role in Chinese restaurant
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Marketing techniques and application
• Creative skills in press ads, design and other marketing collaterals
• Strong consumer and product awareness
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to coordinate event requirements and communicate kitchen orders accurately with the Chefs
• Team player who is also able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment
• Able and willing to work on weekends and PH when necessary

• Manage 2-3 restaurants
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in restaurant
• Ensure the restaurant is run in an efficient manner, and excellent service and quality food are offered at all times
• Handle customer feedback calmly, professionally and efficiently at all times, resolving any disputes and recovering service effectively
• Keep the management updated on any issues, complaints and customers feedback
• Manage restaurant inventory levels
• Manage restaurant environment, regular maintenance and upkeep of restaurant, such as pest control, servicing, etc
• Stand-in and cover duties of any area requiring support
• Manage staff roster to ensure good and sufficient allocation of manpower for service

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task
