Your Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing customers to review mobile and broadband plans
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs (cost savings, speed, upgrades, bundling)
• Educate customers on available plans, upgrades, and bundled services
• Build trust through clear, honest, and solution-focused communication
• Support and mentor junior sales representatives to drive team performance and growth
