Job Description & Requirements

1. Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department
2. Report to the Area Operations Manager on all operational, administration and HR matters, planning and implementation of projects and activities, recruitment, training and development of team, customers feedback and overall market environment
3. Possess great communication and organisational skills, with strong leadership skills to lead and motivate team members to perform and exceed customers’ expectations and needs.
4. Implement training plan/program/SOP/WSH, to build core competencies and skills of team members
5. Liaise and work closely with clients and business partners, understanding their preferences and expectations
6. Able to liaise and communicate with China workers
7. Possess a Class 3 driving licence
8. 2 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping and/or hospitality industry will be an advantage

Facilities Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities (e.g. electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, lifts, lighting).
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition and meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Handle complaints or requests from tenants, building occupants, or stakeholders.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and building assets.
• Monitor and manage facility-related budgets and expenditures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement or renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and fire safety standards.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and proposals related to facility operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in facilities or property management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to emergencies or breakdowns.

We’re looking for an innovative and versatile marketer, who will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue, through acquiring and developing new business leads.

As our Marketing cum Operations Manager, you will actively promote our company's brand and cleaning services, managing key accounts, performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with our customers and meeting sales targets.

• Must have the relevent experiences in the cleaning services industry
• Good contacts with management of Food Service Industry players, potential commercial and residential customers, to drive and enable new business opportunities, with a focus on ensuring the long-term sustainability and profitability of the business
• Prepare a roadmap of advertisement and sales promotion and specify the channels of distribution for goods and services. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
• Ensure that identified potential clients and leads from marketing campaigns and business partners are properly followed thru
• Attending to tender site show round, preparing sales quotation/proposal, and pitch presentation to potential clients. Review new tender opportunities via various media and portals
• Work closely with other departments including Operations, Human Resource, Accounts, and Procurement during the tender and support mobilisation process.
• Proactively build strategic relationship and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Must be a great team player, passionate, self-motivated with a results-driven approach and 'can do' mindset
