Job Descriptions:
- Assist the Site Manager / Project Manager in project planning, coordinate and oversee all architectural finishes works on site
- Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and comprehensive design documentation to support the planning and construction of new buildings and renovation projects.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and maintain timely progression of work across all project phases.
- Review and check detailed plans before actual work implementation.
- Coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Building/Architectural/Civil Engineering, or technical disciplines that provide strong foundational knowledge in design principles.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or Coordinator within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
