Job Description

- Monitor and manage intercompany accounts between overseasentities, ensuring timely and accurate reconcilations

- Coordinate monthly, quaterly, and annual closings forintercompany transactions, aligning with group reporting timelines

- Verify intercompany charges, biling and settlements,ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal policies

- Work closely with international finance teams, providingguidance and ensuring consistency in accounting practices across regions

- Analyse variances and resolve disrepancies in intercompanyaccounts

- Support audit processes, providing necessary documentationand explanation for intercompany activties

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives tostreamline intercompany accounting workflows and enhance accuracy

- Ensure compliance with international accounting standardsand internal controls

- Other ad-hoc duties, if applicable

Job Requirement

- Min entry with LCCI Diploma/ Degree in Accounting orequivalent

- Min 1 years working experience in accounting field, freshgrad are welcomed to apply too

- Analytical mind set

- Independent and willing to travel

- Experience of working with various internal and externalstakeholders

- A Team player with good communication skills

- Fast learner and able to work independently with minimumsupervision

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Closing: Directing month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and income statements.

Compliance & Audit: Ensuring compliance with SFRS(I)/IFRS and local tax regulations (GST/Corporate Tax), acting as the main contact for external auditors.

Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring accounting staff (Accountants, Assistants), providing guidance on technical issues.

Financial Controls: Establishing and maintaining internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.

Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
