Job Description

• To assist the Club Manager oversee the operations of the entire Momentum Club.
• To co-ordinate Momentum Club activities efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction in the hotel.
• To ensure pre-arrival preparations are carried out for all reserved bookings for the day.
• To conduct detailed check of breakfast setup and cocktail setup to ensure that they are according to the established standards.
• To record inventory of stocks and equipment are kept up to the established par levels of smooth operations.
• To maintain all equipment in the Momentum Club to ensure they are useable all the time.
• To manage the reservation, operation and service of the boardroom in the Momentum Club and optimize revenue where possible through room rentals.

Job Description

• To assist the manager in carrying out his/her function by efficiently administering and organizing the outlet into a profitable center and maximizing center’s revenue.
• To lead and supervise a shift which includes inspecting table and work area layouts and settings, ensuring service quality and any other hygiene matters.
• To establish par stock and supervise inventory taking.
• To assist in forecasting staff requirements and in scheduling day off, vacation, and overtime requirements.
• To conduct departmental SOP training for all staff.

Job Description

• To assist the Director of Revenue Management in directing & supervising the activities of the Reservation section.
• To manage, lead, direct and train the Reservations Sales Officers and Executives in the daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks which support the hotel sales and operational needs.
• To ensure maximum room utilization when monitoring room allotments
• To handle all correspondence promptly and prepare statistical data when required.
• Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Director of Revenue Management.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Opera is an added advantage

The Chief Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and building systems to support the smooth running of the hotel.

Job Summary

• To oversee the daily operation of the engineering department and ensure that all requests for maintenance services requested by the hotel’s operational departments are expeditiously attended to. 
• To be responsible for the overall effectiveness of Engineering department. 
• To prepare the hotel’s annual maintenance budget. 
• To ensure that all engineering installations and constructions meet government rules and regulations.
• To ensure that the hotel’s engineering leases, contracts and bids are in accordance with the established standards and guidelines and they are supportive of the hotel’s interests. 
• To review the maintenance and repair cost of the hotel and recommend/implement cost reduction program. 

 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• To manage the daily operations of the F&B Outlet.

• To supervise and implement standards of service to maintain the highest standard and quality during operations.

• Provide training to the service team and ensure complying to sequence and standards for banquet/ outlet service.

• Conduct staff briefing and roll calls to provide information on promotions, events, VIPs, etc.

• Ensure sufficient supplies in the area and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.

• To participate in performance development review of department staff and provide feedback on respective performance, to guide and improve the performance.

• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Restaurant & Bar Manager and Director of F&B.

• Taking over the daily task if the Reservations Sales Manager is absent due to some reason.

Job Summary

• To perform general duties of a Security Officer and work closely with employees to ensure a secure environment for guests, staff and hotel’s properties.
• To protect life and property which includes prevention and deterrence of crimes.
• To perform static duties at hotel lobby and staff entrance, patrol on guest floor and hotel premises, monitor CCTV cameras and perform any other duties as assigned to the Security Control Room.
• To be aware of important event developments in the hotel in order to carry out duties effectively and efficiently.
• To create security and fire safety awareness among staff and guests. To carry out fire fighting function as and when necessary.
• To respond immediately to guests and staff for their needs or requests for security assistance, and to follow-up with security investigations when necessary.

Job Description

• To assist the Security Manager in ensuring a secure environment for employees, guests and hotel premises and property.
• To enforce anything related to Security, Fire Safety and Workplace Safety and Health.
• To safeguard the lives and property; will be responsible to perform general duties to protect life and property including prevention and deterrence of crimes within the premises. The responsibilities include creating security and fire safety awareness among employees and guests.
• To ensure that all security and fire safety duties are performed and maintained in accordance with Momentus Hotel Alexandra regulations.
• Conducting regular checks on all officers and ensure that they are aligned to Company’s standards and regulations.
• To response immediately to the needs of guests and requests of departments or employees for any security and fire safety related assistance.
