Job Responsibilities
• Oversee daily factory operations, including furniture/carpentry production
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met
• Manage incoming and outgoing goods, inventory, and materials
• Coordinate with project, design, and sales teams
• Monitor machine maintenance and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory/production management (preferably furniture or carpentry)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
