About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Associate, Product Management to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge foreign exchange and cross-border payment solutions. As a key bridge between business, technology, and operations, you will own the product lifecycle — from ideation and validation to execution and scaling.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about solving real-world currency challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Translate business vision and user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of FX and payment solutions in collaboration with tech, ops, compliance, legal, and risk teams.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Track project milestones, resolve blockers, and report on progress to key stakeholders, including the CEO.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps.
• Serve as the internal SME for FX and cross-border payments, supporting sales and client onboarding as needed.
• Contribute to business plans, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ensure products meet market needs, compliance requirements, and business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in product or project management in the fintech, FX or digital wallet space; or product control, middle office or risk roles related to FX or derivatives in financial institutions.

About the Role

Be part of a talented multinational team of software engineers responsible for building a game-changing platform. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic and creative Java Developers to join us in our dynamic and agile collaborative environment.

Job Description:

1. Develop new features, applications and also well versed in maintaining and enhancing platform.
2. Understand in depth the architecture and design of M-DAQ Fx Platform to the extend of being able to autonomously develop and deliver high quality features.
3. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build great applications.
4. Develop & implement tests for ensuring the quality, performance, & scalability of our application.
5. Take ownership of platform end to end architecturally.
6. Proactively identify problems and take the lead to resolve them.
7. Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hardcore java developers required. Someone who has extensive details on the internal workings of the JVM, appreciates mechanical sympathy, has a passion for low latency and high performance systems
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Good Core Java Knowledge - Threading, GC, Deployment, Troubleshooting, Maven
• Good experience with data structures
• Experience in architecture/design area
• Lock free and concurrent systems
• Knowledge of high frequency, low latency systems
• Knowledge in scalability/high availability
• Working Knowledge in FIX Protocol (Preferably in FX)
• Familiarity with FIX protocol and any other connectivity protocol is a good to have but not necessary

• Knowledge on networking is highly desired. TCP/IP, UDP, NIO highly desired (BONUS)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the development of its FX trading platform, focusing on aggregation, execution, position management, and platform reliability. This role is suited for candidates from Product Control or SRE/Backend Engineering backgrounds, working at the intersection of trading, engineering, and product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of the FX aggregation and pricing engine
• Assist in liquidity provider integrations (FIX / API connectivity, quote handling)
• Partner with engineering on real-time streaming, system reliability, and latency optimisation
• Own and enhance position management, warehousing, and position aggregation
• Support P&L calculation, reconciliation, and analysis
• Build SQL-based reporting and diagnostics
• Monitor and improve execution quality (slippage, fill rates, rejects, latency)
• Contribute to client execution workflows (streaming, RFQ, FX spot and derivatives)
• Support client-specific solutioning and trade structuring
• Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in product control, SRE, backend engineering, or technical product roles

About the Role
The Associate, Account Management (Channel Partners) will be primarilyresponsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Wallex’ channelpartners. You will be assigned a portfolio of pre-existing channel partnersrelationships of Wallex and will be responsible for managing, engaging andgrowing the channel partner activities and increasing the value and KPIs of theportfolio over time. You will also be in charge of finding new channel partnersthrough referrals, be assigned prospects, or a combination thereof. Requiredskills and attributes would include project and transaction management,strategic planning, engaging and interacting with channel partners with agrowth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates as the point of contact for assigned channel partners
• Responsible for providing channel partners with ongoing market updates and to support engagement with them via both offline and online touchpoints.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with channel partners
• Build strong rapport with existing channel partners, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Develop strong understanding of diverse range of FX products and online platforms available to present core value proposition to channel partners credibly.
• Forecasts and tracks channel partners metrics.
• Close collaboration with cross functional internal teams on channel partners’ opportunities and issues to deliver and exceed channel partners’ expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of any discipline
• 2-3 years of working experience in Financial, Business Consulting, Technology or Advertising Industry
• Fluent in Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia/Tagalog/Vietnamese for liaison with counterparts would be an added advantage.

About the Role

You will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Compliance Manager.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct daily transaction monitoring reviews using internal systems to detect potential suspicious activity.
• Timely identification of potentially suspicious transactions/activities and investigate alerts, preparing detailed case narratives and supporting documentation, drafting of STR whenever necessary.
• Processing of the incoming/outgoing payment and the name check alerts (i.e., sanctions, PEP)
• Providing independent and timely advice to business and other functions on all issues relating to day-to-day business, new business initiatives and transactions undertaken by clients.
• Analyzing the processes, the systems and advising stakeholders on the implementation of improved solutions that support business and mitigates compliance risk.
• Co-ordinating and arranging compliance training for the employees.
• Maintenance of internal reporting archives
• Interact with external stakeholders such as liquidity partners, banks and government agencies on compliance related matters

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Risk Management / IT
• At least 1 year of experience in AML&CFT / Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and STR reporting in banking /finance industry or money service business
• AAMLP / ACAMS certification is preferred
• Knowledge in IT is an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
• Excellent detailed-oriented skill set; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• An independent self-motivated individual who is bright, with good, sound judgment, and mental toughness.
