The Market risk team at LDC is responsible for producing quantitative market risk metrics along with qualitative assessment of potential risks to the company portfolio due to changes in market conditions. You will work closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to provide analysis, report risk metrics, and develop insights into market movements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently run and validate daily Market Risk calculations, including VaR and key risk metrics, ensuring data integrity, model stability, and timely delivery.

• Contribute to enhancements in risk models and methologies (e.g. VaR assumptions, stress testing approaches)
• Explore and apply AI and data analytics tools to improve risk monitoring, anomaly detection, and reporting efficiency.

Experiences:

• Prior experience in financial analysis or related roles is preferred, with exposure to physical and/or derivatives markets considered an advantage. Familiarity with commodities trading and market risk is a plus.
• Familiarity with market risk concepts and metrics, such as Value at Risk (VaR), stress testing, and exposure analysis, with the ability to interpret and explain risk movements.
• Exposure to risk systems, data analysis tools, or reporting platforms (e.g.,Python, Power BI, or similar) to support risk monitoring and reporting processes.
• Experienced in designing data modelling/analytics.
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, or data-driven initiatives (including use of analytics tools or AI-assisted workflows) to enhance risk reporting and monitoring efficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; strong programming skills are highly valued.

Daily Tasks

The Master Data team contributes to transforming finance processes and systems on a global scale. As part of our Global Finance Processes & Systems Optimization team (FPSO), you’ll be at the forefront of digitalizing our operations and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, and PowerBi. You’ll play a pivotal role in our finance transformation journey. 

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the expansion of our Master Data Management (MDM) model in Asia, enriching content, and ensuring top-notch quality controls. With LDC Group’s ambitious systems modernization roadmap and analytics digitization plan, you’ll be instrumental in validating core master data integration across various applications (Front & Back Offices, CRM) during rollouts, replacements, migrations, and M&A initiatives. You’ll also model new master data references and processes, ensuring robust governance.

Main Responsibilities 

We are looking for a Master Data Business Process Owner for the Asia region to lead the following activities: 

Project Execution & Coordination 

• Coordinates across teams (Business, Rollout, Migration team) to ensure alignment on planning, mapping, and reconciliation 

• Coordinate resolution and questions within the BPO team and across teams as necessary

Data Migration

Data Integration

• Ensure Hypercare Support: Manage the hyper care period by offering quick solutions and support to users. 

The employee should have a good understanding of Master Data, appetite to interact with cross-functional & various project teams and have a strong process knowledge (best practices, key controls etc). He/She should also have a solid experience on IT projects, ideally related to Master Data processes for Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling.

• Master Data experience (processes, model, control framework, governance) across business applications (with strong focus on SAP) & other integration tools

Mission:

As a Business Analyst, you will ensure the effective implementation of business processes in our back-office systems. You will be the end-to-end owner of one or several key IT solutions within Back-Office Services, aligning the delivery roadmap, innovation pipeline, and continuous improvement plan with business needs. You will ensure support structures and run KPIs are maintained, and you will collaborate closely with business process owners (BPOs) or functional heads to prioritize initiatives.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the primary mission of the Business Analyst will be to oversee the deployment of the finance core model for rollout. This involves:

• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of the finance core model into the countries’ operations.

Solution Delivery & Management:

• Develop and manage the solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Conduct an animated workshop to provide detailed presentations, step-by-step guides, compliance training, hands-on sessions, and Q&A to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the finance core model.
• Ensure support structures and KPIs are maintained.
• Act as the primary point of contact for aligning solution priorities with BPOs and functional heads.

Governance & Strategy:

• Develop strategies, initiatives, and communication plans to maximize value, adoption, and satisfaction of the solution.
• Own the delivery and associated metrics (e.g., SLA).
• Manage enhancement requests and prioritize them in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Handle support escalations at level 3 when necessary to ensure continuity.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure expected performance levels.
• Ensure business analysts effectively address requirements from business partners/BPO networks.
• Oversee and control any implementation impacting your solution, managing dependencies with other solutions.

Documentation & Change Management:

• Ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Manage the transition to Run phase.
• Work closely with various departments to design cross-application flows and ensure process maintenance and enhancement.

Leadership:

• Lead and manage team capacity and activities.
• Champion change management processes.
• Provide functional and SAP expertise guidance to the team.
• Support strategic decision-making and long-term solution planning.
• Conduct business relationship management to align priorities and ensure business value.
• Develop action plans for continuous improvement and address recurrent incidents.
• Foster skill development within the team.

Support:

• Support AMS teams for complex topics.
• Perform knowledge transfer to support teams, enhancing their autonomy.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Must: Experienced in IT best practices.
• Plus: Proficiency in SAP FI CO, test campaign executions & automation tools, interface implementation, JIRA, and ServiceNow.

Soft Skills:

• Must: Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to work with multiple teams, fast learner, adaptability, critical thinking, strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.

Experience:

• Must: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including SAP FICO experience.
• Plus: Experience in an international, multicultural environment, within a large IT company, and in a team-oriented and collaborative setting.

Languages:

• Fluent in English.

Education:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.

The Cloud Architect is end-to-end accountable for delivering seamless, secure, and cost‑effective cloud computing services across all regions, supporting LDC’s operations and digital transformation. The role owns the plan, build, and run model for enterprise cloud solutions, including third-level operational support, and is responsible for defining the cloud technology strategy and roadmap, managing the full solution lifecycle, and leading the design and architecture of new solutions. This position also oversees the technical cloud environment, orchestrates cloud partners, manages cloud contracts, knowledge repositories, inventory, and capacity planning, and provides expert problem resolution when required by Operations. In addition, the Cloud Architect is accountable for enterprise-wide delivery of cloud projects and services, with associated budget responsibility and leadership of team members, both direct and indirect.

Job Description/ Mô tả công việc:

- Update the XBS and entry of process reports into system on a daily basis.  

Cập nhật các công việc phát sinh vào hệ thống XBS hàng ngày.  

- Ensure all reports (excel/system/physical) and documents related to payment and execution are up to date and available for verification at any given time.

Thực hiện việc chấm công hàng tháng, làm thêm giờ, báo cáo nghỉ phép cho nhân viên ở chi nhánh.  

- Handle transportation for staff/ manager/visitors at respective plant.

- Monitor cleaners at the site to ensure the office premises are clean and tidy.

- Coordinate with HR in HCM office to post company announcement, HR policies in the notice board at the site.

- Coordinate with HR in HCM office to take care social /health /accidents insurances, sick leaves, staff uniforms, staff training, staff events.   

Phối hợp với bộ phận nhân sự tại văn phòng HCM để quản lý bảo hiểm xã hội/ sức khỏe / tai nạn,  nghỉ bệnh, đồng phục nhân viên, đào tạo nhân viên, các sự kiện dành cho nhân viên…  

- Handle all purchase stationaries, office equipments, PPE, service contracts.   

Thực hiện tất cả các việc mua sắm: văn phòng phẩm, các thiết bị văn phòng, trang thiết bị bảo hộ lao động cá nhân, các hợp đồng dịch vụ…  

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Product Manager/Site Manager.
