Your contribution to the team includes:

· Perform professional facial and body treatments while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction, and to always provide excellent service

· Assess and recommend suitable treatments for our clients according to their needs

· Build good rapport and establish good relationship with clients to ensure retention and referrals

· Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness of the centre

· Provide support for front desk duties, customer care and scheduling of appointments / follow up

· No hard selling

You should have:

· At least 1 year of experience in face and/or body treatments

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Executive who can proactively address issues that arise in patient care and vendor liaison as well as to assist in the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

Job Scope includes and is not limited to:

Receptionist Duties:

• Answer telephone calls, and schedule patient appointments
• Answer queries about the clinic.

Administrative Duties:

• Obtain, key and maintain patient data records
• Provide clear guidance on basic clinical procedures
• Assist in patient health insurance claims process
• Assist in online billing system and claiming for panel insurances
• Manage internal and external communications
• Arrange hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required
• Assist in the mediation process between patients and healthcare providers
• Manage the clinic's inventory count and assist to order stock and supplies when low.
• Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment when required.

Clinical Duties:

• Dispensing of medications
• Financial counselling
• Chaperone/Accompany the Doctor during consultation when required
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms
• Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas.

Job Requirements;

• Minimum O'Levels or equivalent
• Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Computer literate/savvy
• Able to work on weekends

Job Description & Requirements

Our Nurse Clinician shall possess clinical expertise in a specialised field of nursing, with the core responsibility of providing patient care through clinical leadership in nursing practice, job duties include preparing charts and communicating with the Doctor, sometimes before a patient arrives.

Job Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance to clinical standards of care and professional code of conduct
• Facilitate clinical faculty development to support clinical learning
• Assist the Doctor in the operating theatre and specialist clinic
• Act as a liaison between patients and doctors to ensure that all essential medical communications are clear and accurately converted
• Role model the desired team and leadership behaviours
• Acts as a professional clinical nurse and resource for specific nursing practice expertise (e.g. wound care etc) and evidence-based practices
• Fosters sound professional collegial relationship with nursing team, patients and public
• Administrative support to ensure smooths and efficiency of daily clinic operation
• Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care of patients with complex healthcare needs, including documentation, and make appropriate changes in nursing care delivery in collaboration with the doctors and the nursing team
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the Doctor and the Head of Clinical Operations

Job Requirements

• Diploma in nursing/Degree Qualification
• Post Basic specialty Certificate/Advanced Diploma in Nursing
• General Registration with SNB is preferred
• Orthopaedic / Operating theatre experience will be advantage
• Nursing experience in specialty area
• Coaching and mentoring ability
• Desired leadership behaviour demonstrated
• Enrolled nurse with Diploma/Degree may be considered

This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare business operations, ensuring smooth coordination of patient matters, and assisting with administrative and billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the business development team.

* Assist in handling billing matters and ensuring timely processing of payments. Verify the accuracy of invoice data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
