Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, monthly finance reports, GST submissions, account receivables and payables, tax-related matters and audit-related queries
Maintain date accuracy in accounting software with proper documentation, filling and entries

Responsible for daily coordination of works on-site.
Able to lead a team of workers to complete tasks assigned.
Responsible for coordination between client and sub-contractors
Responsible for overall progress of project schedule.
Manage team to submission of method statements, drawings, materials samples, and work progress
Manage workers to carry out stock keeping of spare parts and housekeeping duties
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Experience in private residential projects preferred (landed/terrace/bungalow)Independent and driven personality.
Experience in handling projects and proven track record with strong background.
Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
