Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth while ensuring smooth client onboarding and payment processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, closing deals, and maintaining strong ownership over their accounts from sales through to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (construction, F&B, property management, commercial clients)
• Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable pest management solutions
• Handle client enquiries and provide professional advice
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

3. Billing & Invoicing Coordination

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
• Liaise with clients on billing matters, including discrepancies or clarifications
• Work closely with the finance/admin team to ensure proper documentation and payment tracking
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts, contracts, and billing schedules

4. Market & Industry Engagement

• Attend networking events, seminars, and industry functions
• Build partnerships with architects, developers, and facility managers
• Stay updated on industry trends, NEA regulations, and competitor offerings

5. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Coordinate scheduling and service requirements
• Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and site visits
• Basic understanding of invoicing/billing processes is an advantage
• Prior experience in pest control, facilities management, or construction industry is a plus

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant at Legion Pest Control will assist in maintaining the efficient operation of the office, supporting field technicians, and ensuring that administrative tasks are handled promptly and accurately. This position involves a combination of office-based responsibilities and occasional interaction with clients and field personnel.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

• Answer client inquiries and schedule appointments for pest control services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.

Scheduling and Dispatch:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for pest control technicians.
• Dispatch technicians to service locations and provide them with necessary information.
• Monitor technician schedules and ensure timely completion of services.

Office Administration:

• Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in preparing invoices, quotation, and service agreements.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of service reports, client information, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company record-keeping standards.

Billing and Payments:

• Process payments, issue invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with the finance department as needed.

Support for Technicians:

• Assist pest control technicians with administrative needs, such as documenting service details.
• Ensure technicians have the necessary paperwork and materials for service calls.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Assist in maintaining safety records and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate safety training for field technicians as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or customer service is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
