Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team, including managers and creative staff, to enhance team performance and collaboration
Analyze market data, consumer trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions
Allocate marketing resources, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets while tracking campaign ROI to ensure cost-effective outcomes
Oversee digital marketing presence, including SEO, website management, social media, and CRM integration to maximize engagement
Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and overall business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated 8–10+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of managing teams and executing successful campaigns
Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing marketing teams
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, and market trends for informed decision-making
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging high-level stakeholders and crafting brand messaging
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms
