Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to oversee technical aspects of engineering projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objectives and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion to achieve company objectives
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical reports to guide project execution
• Conduct site inspections to assess risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and resolve issues
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly during the project lifecycle to maintain progress
• Prepare and present clear project progress reports to senior management to support informed decision-making
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• 3-5 years of project engineering experience, preferably in construction design and M&E
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills demonstrated in project environments

Project Administrator – Job Description

Role Summary:
The Project Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to project teams, ensuring smooth documentation flow, resource coordination, and compliance with company procedures. This role is essential in maintaining project schedules, records, and communication between departments, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondences.

• Monitor and update project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Assist in resource planning and procurement activities (e.g., submitting purchase requests).

• Manage document control processes, ensuring all records are filed and archived properly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.

• Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

• Support invoicing processes by collecting necessary documentation and liaising with the finance department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
