Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
• Provide administrative support to all departments
• Obtain quotations for vehicle insurance and facilitate renewal of road tax, insurance bonds (for QC application) and other insurances related to projects
• Assist in organizing internal festive celebrations and office events
• Take minutes for meetings held by the admin department
• Assist the HR department with human resources tasks
• Assist in basic IT matters
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience.
• HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Regularly monitor and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security;

• Implement security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard against cyber threats;

• Stay updated on the latest security patches and updates for all systems and applications;

• Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system and network issues;

• Diagnose problems, provide technical support, and resolve hardware or software faults promptly to minimize downtime;

• Configure and maintain virtual private networks (VPNs) and virtual LANs (VLANs) to facilitate secure remote access and network segmentation;

• Conduct thorough research to identify software solutions that align with the company's requirements and objectives;

• Develop comprehensive IT policies and guidelines covering areas such as security protocols, equipment procurement, and replacement procedures;

• Set up and implement backup plans and business continuity plans for system applications and stored information;

• Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on equipment to avoid any undetected faults and unauthorized installations by any staff;

• Maintain proper documentation of licenses, hardware and software inventories and ensure that records are up to date and properly presented;

• Undertake any other IT related assignment that may be given by the manager and/or his/her designate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology;

• 1-2 years related experience;

• Familiarity with Server administration and switches configuration;

• Basic understanding of cyber-security;

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues;

• Ability to support PCs/Printers/Projectors/IT Peripherals Setup and Maintenance;

• Good interpersonal skills and a team player;

• Strong communication skills with all team members;

• Attention to detail and focus.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance operations for the Group’s existing investment properties, ensuring optimal asset performance.

• Supervise onsite maintenance and improvement works, ensuring contractors adhere to safety protocols and quality specifications.

• Plan deployments and preventive maintenance schedules as well as monitor the efficiency, lifespan, and warranty periods of equipment.

• Take full responsibility for property-related matters, including planning and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and residents.

• Ensure all property-related insurance policies are timely renewed to prevent any lapse in coverage.  

• Assist the Project Manager in new and existing property development projects. Liaise with relevant authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project systems and processes.

• Proven ability to read architectural/technical drawings, Strong understanding of local building codes

• To perform defects management and co-ordinate with developer’s project team and/or main/contractors and others on defects rectification works during Defect Liability Period

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Construction Management / Architectural / Structural / M & E Engineering;
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore residential/commercial/industrial projects;
• Must be well versed in status such as BMSMA, independent with integrity, innovative, proactive, and resourceful;
• Must have good organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills;
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to meet deadlines;
• Candidate with FSM certificate will have an added advantage
