Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing engagements across time zones.
- Screen and manage emails, calls, and messages, drafting responses where appropriate in both Korean and English.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence for meetings and external engagements.
- Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups on the CEO's behalf.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, investors, clients, and external partners.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with the CEO's personal matters as needed, including appointments, reservations, errands, and gifting.
- Support light project management — tracking deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams.
- Help organize company events, offsites, and team activities.
- Manage expense reports, data entry, and general document filing and organization.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential. You will regularly communicate with Korean-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.

- Flexible attitude — willingness to go beyond a traditional job scope when the situation calls for it.
