Job description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit interviews.

• Manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance.

• Administer payroll, attendance, and employee leave records accurately and timely.

• Process foreign worker matters including WP, SP, EP, visas, insurance, bonds, accommodation, home leave, and repatriation in compliance with MOM regulations.

• Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, appointment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and termination letters.

• Administer company insurance, licenses, and medical/dental insurance claims.

• Handle employee relations issues including grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.

• Coordinate training, induction programmes, and statutory training requirements.

• Liaise with government agencies (e.g. MOM, IRAS, BCA) including IR8A and surveys.

• Plan and support staff welfare and recreational activities.

• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

 
Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Positive and proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills.

1. Day to day management of operations on site.

2. Regular monitoring and liaison with project manager on the development of scheduled program.

3. Liaise with project manager to ensure adequate resources for the completion of construction work.

4. Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics.

5. Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays.

6. Liaise with clients, professional staff (e.g. surveyors, technicians, government authorities etc.) and public.

7. Fulfil the role of mentor as and when required.

8. Control and monitor site wastages in accordance with the company’s material wastage policy.

9. Carry out site safety inspections.

10. Ensuring all site documents are complete and up to date.

11. Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

12. Ensure site team and sub-contractors are following standard operational procedures.

8.30am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports within stipulated deadline
• Execute effective and efficient accounts payable, general ledger, petty cash reimbursement and fixed asset management
• Preparation of cash flow analysis and projection
• Preparation of GST reporting & income tax filing
• Dealing with and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances
• Prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments, updating of cash book
• Monthly creditors' statement reconciliation
• Monitoring of daily bank balance and monthly bank reconciliation
• Responsible for handling and processing the billing to customers and ensure that all billings are correctly invoiced, recorded and payments are received timely
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Liaise with external parties e.g. banks, auditors, customers, suppliers, statutory bodies to solve any issue
• Ensure payments are made timely, with proper approval and in accordance with required supporting documents
• Liaise with various departments to resolve issue on closing monthly accounts
• Maintain and reconcile financial statements
• Assist to review internal control to ensure work are done properly and effectively
• Assist to review, troubleshoot and recommend enhancements to existing workflow and financial accounting system
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI, equivalent or above
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good written and verbal skill
• Preferably experienced in handling full set account
• Preferably experienced in Globe3 ERP system
• Pro-active, hardworking, organized, possess self-discipline
• Willing to learn, independent & meticulous
• Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and multi-tasking
• Willing to work overtime as required
• Demonstrate team behavior and promotes a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and computer skill
• Experience in Construction industry is preferred.

Job Scope

• Assist project manager with day to day on-site monitoring, project implementation and scheduling.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and manage projects (in part or wholly) to ensure timely progress and delivery of goods/services, while meeting budget, quality, and cost requirements.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, regulations, and contract specifications.
• Be accountable for project safety and quality standards.
• Conduct and participate in project progress meetings; review schedules and milestones.
• Manage the project team’s training.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare method statements, proposals, test plans, acceptance plans, and project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and schematics is an advantage.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assign by superiors.

Working Schedule:

• 5.25 days work week, alternate Saturday.
• 8.30am to 6pm.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Degree in Project Management.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (required for site travel and supervision).
