As a core supplier of modular data centers in Southeast Asia (with a strong presence in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam), we are expanding our footprint to Singapore to support our rapid growth toward a projected 1 billion CNY turnover by 2025.
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Major Customer Sales professional to spearhead our market entry into Singapore. As the first dedicated sales hire for this region, you will be responsible for developing the Singaporean market from the ground up, identifying key business opportunities, and establishing EPG as a premier provider of modular data center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development: Lead the "New HC" initiative to penetrate the Singaporean 2B market, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Account Management: Identify, target, and build long-term relationships with major enterprise clients and key stakeholders in the data center and infrastructure sectors.
Strategic Positioning: Compete effectively against global industry benchmarks such as Schneider Electric, Emerson Electric, and Eaton Corporation.
Solution Selling: Promote EPG’s core modular and prefabricated data center products, tailoring technical value propositions to meet local market demands.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the Shanghai headquarters to align regional sales strategies with the company’s global vision.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within data center infrastructure, modular construction, or power distribution industries.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Singaporean technology and infrastructure landscape.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential for seamless communication with the headquarters and local clients.
Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment to establish a new market presence.
