Essential Responsibility and Function: 

The Senior Management Accounting Associate will be in charge of the following: 

• Assisting with the Budgeting and Forecasting 

• AP and AR Reconciliations 

• Bank Reconciliations 

• Cash Flow preparation 

• Monthly preparation of Financial Statements 

• Variance Analysis of all accounts and transactions 

• Overseeing the Costing and Ratios of costs with regards to sales 

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting related course.

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects aligned with brand strategy and organizational goals
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and accuracy
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time to accomplish strategic objectives.

Job Summary:
The Purchasing Associate is responsible for supporting the procurement process by sourcing, ordering, and monitoring materials, supplies, and services needed by the company. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase requests and purchase orders
