Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets across Forbell’s programmes
Engage and convert prospective students through:
Walk-ins and face-to-face consultations
Phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Online seminars and information sessions
Email and CRM follow-ups
Digital leads from ads and social media
Provide professional course counselling, including:
Programme suitability
Entry requirements
Career and progression pathways
Handle objections confidently and close enrolments through persuasive, value-based selling.
2. Outreach & Lead Generation
- Represent EAIM at Open Houses, preview sessions, campus tours, and community events.
- Support marketing efforts by sharing market insights, student feedback, and local trends.
3. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions, and sales activities.
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline status, performance, and market feedback.
4. Admissions Support & Student Onboarding
- Guide students through application, documentation, and enrolment processes.
- Work closely with Admissions, Student Services, Registrar, and Academic teams.
- Ensure all processes comply with EduTrust and institutional guidelines.
- Deliver a smooth and positive onboarding experience for every student.
