Technical Skills and Competencies:
Active participation in strategic planning process, including development and execution of business campaigns
To develop negotiation and presentation skills to communicate effectively and clearly to others
To understand of audience engagement and other business support functions
To identify key stakeholder relationships, needs and interests, and coordinate with stakeholders on day-to-day basis
To collate feedback on different media and understand and present the advantages and / or disadvantages of different communications media options
To develop company business campaigns and enhance campaign awareness and campaign visibility

Liaise with project, purchase and finance team to provide monthly project costing and revenue
Responsible to update and verify project and production database
Involve in project budgeting, specification, contract claim and settlement of final statement
Monthly progress claim and payment certification
Ensure documents are in line with Company SOP standard
Other QS duties as assigned
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good numeracy management skill
Meticulous, analytical with strong problem-solving skills
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
