Job Summary

Support company operations by managing administrative and bookkeeping tasks, coordinating with teams for sales reporting, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting credit control and HR functions related to accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and operations documentation to support business processes
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage documentation and prepare minutes of meetings to facilitate communication and record keeping
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to consolidate monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Update and maintain company database to ensure data integrity and accessibility
• Analyze weekly ageing reports and execute credit control actions to manage outstanding payments effectively
• Present credit control issues and escalate necessary matters to management during monthly meetings
• Assist with HR-related functions connected to accounts to support organizational needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Managing Director

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Nitec certificate or diploma qualification
• Proficient in using MS Office suite to complete administrative and reporting tasks
• Good command of language to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
