Job Description

• Annual audit claims submission

o Liaise with service providers to ensure annual audited operating subvention claims, auditor report, financial statements and fee schedules are submitted by the policy deadline.

o Liaise with service providers on any queries or missing documents pertaining to annual audit claims submission

• Processing of the annual audit adjustment claims

o Verify the eligibility and accuracy of annual operating subvention claim using RPA software.

o Liaise with service providers on exceptions generated from the validation checks and resolve the exceptions by policy deadline.

o Prepare claim memo according to template and upload onto grant system using RPA software and upload

o Ensure the RPA generated claim memo and claim in system is accurate and correct before routing for approval.

o Ensure that annual adjustments are processed and credited to service providers by the policy deadline.

Requirements

• Degree in accountancy and experience in audit preferred, or any discipline with experience in grant administration and disbursement

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates who possess relevant skillsets may be considered for the role

• Highly analytical and meticulous with a high level of integrity

• Proficient in MS Excel and handling of huge datasets

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

• Good team player and willing to embrace and manage change

• Experience with Data analytics software and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be added advantage

Work Location - Tanjong Pagar
Hybrid, Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
2-year contract

1. Process claims applications including eligibility checks and document verification

2. Coordinate with claimants, training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submission of required document

3. Track claim processing status and update internal systems and database accurately

4. Manage appeals and enquiries on claim applications in accordance with established service standards and response timelines

5. Participate in continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and transparency

6. Provide support to other projects

1) At least A level or Diploma holder

2) 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund

3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)

4) Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information

5) Detailed and meticulous

6) Diligent and committed to meet deadlines

7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel

Job Description:

• Supervision of the Operations & Customer Service teams.

• Provide guidance to team members

• Monitor the teams to ensure that KPIs/SLAs are met.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and SP to ensure that all deliverables are constantly met.

• Strategize ways to enhance the operation process and efficient deployment of resources.

• Prepare and verify the accuracy of the Monthly Reports.
