Team Building & Recruitment
• Recruit, train, anddevelop a team of home demo sales consultants.
• Establish teamstructure, roles, and reporting lines.
• Set individual and team sales targets.
• Build a strong teamculture focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development
• Conduct in-home product demonstrations to drive direct sales.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and increase demo appointments.
• Monitor team sales performance and conversion rates.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the direct sales channel.
Training & Process Development
• Develop standard demoscripts and selling techniques.
• Train team members on product knowledge and demonstration skills.
• Establish SOPs for booking appointments, demo execution, and closing sales.
• Continuously improve sales processes to increase productivity.
Operations & Reporting
• Manage daily scheduling of demo activities.
• Track team performance, sales results, and recruitment progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management on business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure professional and high-quality customer experience during home demos.
• Handle key customer cases and support team members in closing sales.
• Encourage referral generation and repeat business.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales or home demonstration sales.
- Proven track record inbuilding and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience in consumer products such as home appliances, water filtration, cleaning equipment, or lifestyle products is preferred.
- Possess own vehicle preferred (travel required).
- Meeting KPIs.
- Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Attractive Commission + Team Override + Performance-base incentive.
