Support daily finance and administrative operations of the Town Council
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, contracts, and S&CC collections
Handle frontline enquiries and service requests
Maintain accurate records and filing of all documents and correspondence
Update and manage owners’ and tenants’ records
Arrange and manage insurance policies as required
Monitor and escalate notices from authorities, ensuring timely reporting
Administer TOL agreements for use of common property and facilities
Prepare notices for by-law compliance and enforcement
Process permits, waivers, and appeals
Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with procedures and audit requirements
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Nitec in Accounting, Finance or related fields
Min 2 years experience in related fields
Experience in Town Council is an advantage
Location: North-East Region
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
Salary: Up to $3200
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
