Job Responsibilities:
· Driving implementation of the project BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems which shall include the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and collaborative use of BIM.
· Lead a team of BIM coordinators/ modellers for all disciplines including Architecture, Civil Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and BIM
specialists.
· Establish and implement BIM Execution Plan, maintain BIM standards and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines.
· Manage and enforce quality control/ assurance, BIM documentation for adherence to established standards and guides. Adhering to the latest industry standards.
· Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination.
· Engage project team members to innovate and leverage on advanced digital/BIM tools and methodology to improve quality, productivity, and project delivery.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building or a relevant related field
· Minimum of 5 years of advance and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in Construction, including VDC framework
· Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaborative technology
· Must be trained and proficient in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork and Civil 3D. Experience with Fuzor VDC will be an added advantage
