Prepare and manage shipping documents under LC/DP/TT terms, coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, banks, and buyers to ensure timely document processing and compliance.
Responsibilities
Prepare shipping documents accurately under LC/DP/TT payment terms to facilitate smooth export transactions
Verify Bills of Lading (BL) for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with shipping requirements
Communicate clearly with Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders to coordinate shipment details and resolve issues
Liaise proactively with banks to follow up on submitted documents and ensure timely processing
Monitor and follow up with buyers to prompt issuance of Letters of Credit (LC) for payment assurance
