Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the product managers to ensure timely submission of data for customers’ billing.
Track and maintain data centre occupancy and inventory statistics and resource monitoring.
Derive insights from data centre utility cost, revenue and consumption trends.
Perform asset sightings and procurement of data centre related products and services.
Coordinate and facilitate operational supports with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in the implementation of key product roadmap and initiatives.
Create and maintain customer database with contract details, utility scheme, SLA and more.
Develop dashboards to enable real-time tracking and reporting of business performance.
Qualification Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
3 years of field experience in admin role.
Preferred Skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications and AI tools.
