Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive tosupport daily HR operations and administrative functions. This role plays a keypart in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and office operations asthe company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
Support end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR database
Assist in payroll preparation and leave administration
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries and HR-related matters
Administrative Functions
Oversee office administration and daily operations
Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and vendor coordination
Support procurement and expense tracking
Coordinate company events and internal activities
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Requirements
Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
