Job Description:
- Accounting and book-keeping tasks;
- Assist the Finance & Admin team to see to proper month-end closing and reporting;
- Manage bill postings and credit control activities in a timely fashion;
- Conducting all necessary searches, stamping and other administrative work;
- Uploading of client & case details into File Management System;
- Opening, locating and archiving of files;
- Prepare reports and accounting of daily file count, monthly referral reports and monthly staff sales;
- Assist in data analysis.
Requirements:
- MS Office skills - proficient in MS Excel & Word a must;
- Knowledge of Tessaract Practice Management System is an advantage;
- Must have good interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Must have initiative and adaptable to changes;
- A proactive person with positive attitude;
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team;
- Able to work independently and have strong attention to details;
- Experience in a law firm would be an advantage;
- Immediate availability or can start work within short notice period is an advantage;
