A Senior Speech and Language Therapist provides care, therapy and education to children, their families, teachers and/or facilitators to facilitate their communication in collaboration with various allied professionals. S/He serves the needs of the children from the different sectors within the Canossian Village and the wider community. S/He works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality care and contributes to the Village’s efforts in providing an enhanced service delivery through the Canossian Circle of Care. Job Role Description

A Student Care Facilitator creates a safe and supportive learning environment for students, manages their behaviour, and effectively communicates with parents and stakeholders. He/She is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times in the Student Care Centre. He/She facilitates and guides children in their daily routines, activities, and programs. He/She is responsible for implementing daily class activities, documenting student activities, progress, and behaviour, tracking student activities, and collaborating with colleagues within student care and from various sectors to support students with specific needs.

As a Student Care Facilitator, he/she builds rapport with parents and serves as the first point-of-contact for parents in all matters related to the child. The ideal candidate is proactive and pre-emptive, striving for an incident-free and accident-free student care centre.

• Conduct assessment to determine child's listening abilities and speech perception
