Logistics Administration Assistant (Logistics Admin)

Job Summary:
The Logistics Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the logistics. This role ensures smooth coordination of shipments, accurate documentation, and timely communication between internal teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor shipments, deliveries movements
• Maintain accurate records of ogistics activities
• Liaise with Customer, transport providers, and warehouse teams
• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Handle customer inquiries related to shipment status and logistics issues
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies or delays
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations
• Generate reports on logistics performance and operations

Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, maintains warehouse organization, and supports timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming or outgoing goods
• Prepare orders for delivery or shipment
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Arrange and store items in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• No Minimum education or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying, standing for long periods)
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Good attention to detail
