Job Summary

You will support clinic operations by registering patients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, managing phone enquiries, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth front desk service.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately to facilitate smooth clinic operations
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow
• Collect payments from patients and ensure accurate transaction records
• Handle phone enquiries professionally during clinic hours to assist patients
• Perform general administrative tasks to support clinic staff and operations
• Use Plato and Excel to manage patient and clinic data effectively
• Provide accurate financial counselling to patients after training to support their understanding of costs
• Manage insurance applications and claims for patient procedures and consultations following training

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility is to provide safe and efficient transportation services for the company's directors, family members and guests. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, familiar with Singapore's major roads, and prepared to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual and professional chauffeuring services to the directors, family members and guests.
• Ensure punctuality through efficient route planning and proactive schedule coordination.
• Always maintain all assigned vehicles in excellent working and clean condition.
• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality regarding schedules, conversations and any private matters observed.
• Assist with errands and handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a driver.
• Able to commit to a 5.5day work week (Mon–Fri & 0.5 Saturday) with flexibility to accommodate the directors' schedule.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or public holidays when required (with applicable overtime compensation)
