Executive, Social & Digital Marketing

The Executive, Social & Digital Marketing will support the execution of social media and digital marketing initiatives for two hotel brands across eight properties in Singapore. Working closely with appointed creative and media agencies, this role will coordinate content planning, campaign execution, and digital marketing activities to ensure consistent brand presence, strong content delivery, and effective paid media support. The role will also work alongside the Revenue Management Team to support PPC campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and assist in driving qualified demand and commercial objectives. This position plays an important role in strengthening brand visibility, supporting direct booking growth, and ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives across the portfolio. He or she will report to the Ambassador of Buzz (Events, Partnership and Socials Manager), lyf Singapore and TUC.

The duties include the following:

1. Social Media Content Coordination& Execution

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of social media content across all official platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Coordinate with appointed social media agencies on content calendars, campaign timelines, content submissions, and approvals
• Source and consolidate content from property teams, including promotions, guest experiences, activations, and on-property highlights
• Assist in adapting and localising content to reflect Singapore market trends, seasonality, and commercial priorities
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, community feedback, and flag relevant insights or responses where necessary
• Ensure timely execution of approved social media campaigns and content schedules
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate relevant KOLs, content creators, and brand collaborators to support property storytelling, campaign amplification, event coverage, and promotional activations in line with brand objectives.

2. Performance Marketing & PPC Support

• Support the execution of PPC and paid media campaigns alongside the Revenue Management Team and appointed media agencies
• Coordinate campaign asset requirements, timelines, promotional messaging, and landing page support
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and engagement
• Support A/B testing of creatives, audience targeting, and campaign messaging
• Assist in identifying optimisation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance

3. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the day-to-day coordinator with appointed creative and media agencies
• Track deliverables, timelines, campaign rollouts, and content submissions to ensure timely execution
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback and coordinate revisions where required
• Support campaign briefings, asset collection, and implementation alignment across teams
• Participate in regular agency check-ins and performance discussions

4. Reporting & Market Monitoring

• Prepare regular performance reports covering social media, campaign activity, and paid media performance
• Track key digital marketing metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and relevant digital marketing developments
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, Brand, and property teams to support marketing and commercial initiatives
• Coordinate campaigns and activations around high-demand periods, promotional windows, seasonal campaigns, and property launches
• Support portfolio-wide brand and commercial initiatives where required
• Participate in relevant commercial and campaign planning meetings

Job Requirements

The candidate should possess the following

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

·       1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or campaign execution (hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or related industries preferred).

·       Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and basic paid media performance metrics.

·       Experience coordinating with external agencies, content creators/KOLs, or cross-functional stakeholders will be an advantage.

·       Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.

Job Description – Manager, Social & Performance Marketing

The Manager, Social & Performance Marketing will lead and oversee the social media and digital performance strategy for two hotel brands across eight properties in Singapore. Working closely with appointed creative and media agencies, this role ensures strong brand presence, consistent content quality, and effective paid media execution. The role will also partner closely with the Revenue Management Team to optimise PPC campaigns, drive qualified demand, and support overall commercial performance. This position plays a critical role in strengthening brand visibility, driving direct bookings and maximising returns on marketing investment. He or she will report to the Country Director, Revenue Management and Area Manager, lyf and TUC.

The duties include the following:

1. Social Media & Content Management

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of social media content across all official platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Work closely with the appointed agency to develop content calendars aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Review, optimize and approve all social media content to ensure consistency in tone, brand identity, and quality.
• Ensure localisation of content to reflect Singapore market trends, seasonality, and key demand periods.
• Monitor engagement, community feedback, and online sentiment, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with property teams to source on-property content, promotions, and guest experiences.

2. Performance Marketing & PPC Support

• Partner with the Revenue Management team to support all PPC and paid media initiatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, retargeting, etc.).
• Work with media agencies to plan, implement, and optimise paid campaigns focused on driving direct bookings.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with pricing, availability, and revenue strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and booking conversion metrics.
• Support testing of new channels, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Provide recommendations to improve digital acquisition efficiency.

3. Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between the company, appointed agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage agency deliverables, timelines and performance KPIs.
• Lead regular performance reviews and optimisation discussions with agencies.
• Ensure agency activities align with brand standards, commercial priorities and budget guidelines.
• Support contract and scope management were relevant.

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain regular performance reports for social media and paid campaigns.
• Prepare quarterly reports covering reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and revenue impact.
• Translate data into actionable insights for improvement

JD – lyf Guard (Guest Service Executive)

You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. A day in the life of a lyf Guard starts with checking in a new guest, recommending the must-visit places in the area, replacing a light bulb at night, and ending with having a cup of coffee or sipping wine with the lyf guests in our social spaces after work. You will report to the Senior (GSAM) or Chief lyf Guard (GSM).

Responsibilities

1. Look after the well-being of all guests from arrival until departure by:

a. Assisting lyf residents with their check-in (via mobile app or kiosk)

b. Encouraging members to download the DiscoverASR app to explore and interact with the lyf community

c. Explore the various functions of the app with residents

i. Mobile key, how to message lyf Guards, make ancillary purchases (if available)

d. Handling guest queries

f. Facilitating communication and requests

2. Ensure operational efficiency by:

a. Monitoring record of room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS)

b. Ensuring that processes carried out adhere to corporate guidelines

c. Performing book-keeping activities whenever necessary

d. Assisting the housekeeping department with regular rounds to ensure the cleanliness of the property – especially the social spaces

e. Handling walk-ins, emails, and phone inquiries

Senior lyf Guard

Job Description

The Senior lyf Guard is responsible for assisting the lyf Captain in managing the team of lyf Guards, in addition to performing the role of a lyf Guard. He/she is a multi-faceted community leader, who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf.

(A Senior lyf Guard can be referenced to Assistant Guest Services Manager roles at current Ascott Properties, and Assistant Community Manager roles at co-working and co-living companies).

Major duties & responsibilities:

1) Take care of all residents from arrival until departure without imposing themselves on the residents by:

a. Assisting lyf residents with their check-in via lyf app, and mobile key activation.

b. Exploring the various functions of the lyf app with residents. E.g. mobile key, message board, etc.

c. Encouraging residents to explore and interact with the lyf community

d. Handling resident queries pertaining to facilities, services, registration and information regarding shopping, banking, dining, entertainment, local events, etc.

e. Dealing with complaints from residents and ensuring that residents are appeased

f. Conducting tours for lyf residents and potential residents, as well as business partners.

g. Handling resident related correspondences

2) Ensure operational efficiency by:

a. Monitoring room availability using the PMS

b. Ensuring that procedures & processes carried out by the lyf Guard team adheres to corporate guidelines

c. Performing book-keeping activities whenever necessary

d. Doing regular rounds to ensure cleanliness of property, especially in social spaces.

i. Ensuring all resident refunds through credit cards are submitted to Finance on a timely basis.

b. Assisting the Ambassador of Buzz to:

i. Curate and plan calendar of events for residents

ii. Execute community initiatives designed to create connections between residents

iii. Supervise in-building events for compliance with house rules and intercede or escalate issues as they arise

c. Solving resident related issues to ensure a cohesive community and to manage resident expectations

d. Proactively interacting with residents and providing constructive recommendations to enhance their stay experience
