We are looking for a dedicated Project supervisor to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. The project supervisor is responsible of ongoing projects for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.

To be a successful Project supervisor, you should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Project supervisor Responsibilities:

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the project tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Project supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum 10 or more years' field and project experience
• The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.

A Construction Software Technical Consultant helps construction firm to adopt, integrate, and optimize software to improve efficiency, specializing in BIM (e.g., Revit), project management, ERP, and HRMS systems. Need to provide services like software implementation, customization, data integration, and training to streamline workflows.

Requirements

Job Description & Requirements

• Lead contract management teams at all levels across large projects and accounts; work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities; account strategy, objectives, and opportunities.
• Develop contract management across multiple projects and accounts taking responsibility for supporting performance management activities
• Take accountability for identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
• Engage in pre-award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support.
• Contract Managers are client facing and have a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels of the organization and be capable of supporting discussions to influence key commercial and contracting decisions
• Significant understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices; and commercial contracting terms and conditions
• As team player, collaborative and persuasive; able to work well with executives and non-executives

JOB REQUIREMENTS
