. 5 days work 8.30 to 5.30 pm (Mon to Fri), Alternate Sat 8.30 to 12.30 pm

Requirements

. Preferably staying in the West or North

. Preferably S'porean/PR

. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

. Start immediately or on short notice

. No experience needed (Training will be provided)

Roles and Responsibilities

HR administration

·        Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling)

·        Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

·        Processing monthly payroll or advance, CPF submission and IR8A e-submission, leave tracking, and attendance records.

·        Maintain employee relations and address HR related issues.

Administrative Support

·        Report directly to the Director

·        Perform general office administrative tasks.

·        Act as liaison with external IT vendors for system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

·        Provide first-level troubleshooting for basic hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.

Accounts Support

·        Manage partial sets of accounts (A/AP & GL) with capability to handle full sets when needed.

·        Handling staff claims and supplier payment.

·        Updating of AR & AP Aging list.

·        Perform month/quarter/year-end closing of accounts and bank reconciliations.

·        Liaise with external accountant.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field

·       Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.

·       Familiar with Singapore foreign worker regulations (Work Permit, quota, levy, etc.)

·       Proficient in Autocount or similar accounting software.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Words)

·       Strong organizational, detail-oriented and multitasking skills

·       Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, and payroll compliance.

·       Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage ( for liaising with director & customers)

·       Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

·       To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by the Director.
