Job Responsibilities:

• Sort electronic waste materials such as computers, printers, mobile phones, and other electronic devices in warehouse
• Loading and unloading
• Identify and separate different types of electronic components and materials (e.g., metals, plastics, circuit boards)
• Data-entry

Job Requirements:

• Physically fit.
• Able to carry load up to 25kg.
• 5 day work week from Monday to Friday
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Forklift license advantageous but not essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualise, plan and execute outreach activities (e.g. school talks, facility tours, roadshows, community events) to raise awareness of responsible e-waste recycling, especially among youths and different target groups
• Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders like Town Councils, the community, corporate organisations and educational institutions to promote recycling initiatives
• Develop and manage partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and community organisations
• Support outreach strategy development with internal teams
• Work with marketing to create outreach materials (e.g. EDMs, collaterals, digital content)
• Lead and manage the volunteer program, including recruitment, training, and engagement to support e-waste outreach initiatives
• Maintain records, SOPs, and reporting for outreach activities
• Support key campaigns and events such as the annual International E-Waste Day event
• Support SEO efforts—including keyword research, on-page optimization, content recommendations, and performance monitoring.
• Manage collaborations and partnerships.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma in Social Work, Sustainability, Business, Project Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

• A self-starter who loves working with a team but can perform solo too.
• Passion for content, branding, and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and executing outreach activities for community and school-based events.
• Support the development and execution of social media strategies that align with company objectives.
• Create engaging and original content, including photos, videos, reels, and captions, tailored for different target audiences.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing advertising and promotional initiatives, including liaising with collaborators and partners.
• Carry out other marketing-related administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in external events and outreach activities.
• Passion for sustainability and community engagement is a bonus.
