Lead and develop retail store teams to deliver exceptional customer service, optimize inventory management, and drive sales growth through strategic promotions and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks to enhance customer service quality and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain employee and promotional schedules aligned with holiday sales and business cycles to maximize store performance
Identify and implement strategies to promote the store, product lines, and services to increase customer engagement and sales
Maintain optimal inventory levels by managing stocking processes, executing purchasing plans, and coordinating with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
Implement cross-training programs for employees and Assistant Managers to sustain productivity and operational flexibility
Manage controllable costs proactively to maintain store profitability
Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience
Recruit and train personnel as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels for delivering outstanding customer service
Able to commit to a rotating schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the *BEAUTY* retail sector is required
