Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for outsourced employees, including contract and temporary staff. Ensures compliance with statutory requirements, manages payroll-related enquiries, and liaises with clients and employees on payroll matters. Supports onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and payroll administration while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for contract and outsourced employees accurately and on time.
• Verify timesheets, attendance, overtime, and payroll-related claims.
• Ensure compliance with CPF, SDL, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll enquiries from employees and clients.
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Prepare payroll reports, billing data, and related documentation.
• Assist with work pass administration and HR operational matters as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of payroll experience, preferably in a recruitment or staffing environment.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are now looking for a top-notch Salesforce developer to join us in this mission, designing world class Salesforce applications for Service Cloud and/or Public Sector solutions.

You will be responsible to gather project requirements, analyse project objective/goal to create customer workflows and troubleshoot errors, eventually to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the project.

You will work within an agile development team and to modernise and develop CaseCentral, a case management platform. 

Your responsibilities include:

•          Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements

•          Developing Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development

•           Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems components/services

•          Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

Qualifications and Experience Required:

•          Certified Salesforce Platform Developer

•          Minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud

•          Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus

•          Knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including:

o          Apex development

o          Visualforce page development

o          Lightning components development

o          Experience in third-party API and SFTP integrations

o          Experience with data migration through other CRM tools, e.g., data loader, including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred)

•          Configuration Experience, including:

o          Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup(managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)

o          Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows

o          Experience in report and dashboard configuration

o          Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests in D365 and MS CRM platforms.
• Analyse, diagnose, and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors.
• Collaborate with business users to gather enhancement requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Implement configuration changes, custom workflows, plugins, and custom reports using Power Platform tools.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and coordinate UAT with business teams.
• Manage release deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod) following change control processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas of improvement.
• Liaise with Microsoft support for complex issues or product bugs.
• Maintain and update technical and functional documentation.
• Stay current on Microsoft updates, patches, and roadmap to ensure platform compatibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Online / On-Premise.
• Strong understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Strong understanding on the Custom Portal, Power Pages, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Batch Jobs, APIs and Third Party Integrations using Power Platform.
• Proficiency in:

1. Customization & Configuration in D365
2. JavaScript, C#, .NET,  Power Automate, and Power Apps
3. Plugins, Workflows, Custom Entities, Business Rules
4. Data Migration and Data Management

• Experience with Power Platform tools including Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based support environments.
