We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive role with a fast-track pathway to team leadership. This position is for candidates with proven sales experience or demonstrated leadership potential who want to build and mentor teams while maintaining client-facing responsibilities.
About the role:
You will operate as a top-performing sales executive in the first 6–12 months, then transition into team leadership responsibilities including recruiting, training, and developing junior sales professionals. Your focus: building high-performing teams while staying close to your own client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage a high-value client portfolio across various sectors
• Conduct consultative B2B client engagements(office-based, face-to-face)
• Identify, train, and mentor emerging sales talent within the team
• Contribute to campaign strategy and business development initiatives
• Lead by example: demonstrate consultative selling best practices
• Participate in quarterly market expansion trips(regional markets in Asia-Pacific)
• Report on team performance, client satisfaction, and pipeline health
Professional requirements:
• 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management (consultative selling preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting targets and building client relationships
• Leadership experience (formal or informal team mentoring)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to invest in developing others
• Comfortable working in fast-growth, dynamic environment
