About the programme:
Our Trainee Track pairs you with experienced sales professionals for 6–12 weeks of intensive mentorship, followed by supervised client engagement. You'll learn how to:
•      Conduct professional consultations with business decision-makers
•      Diagnose client needs through structured questioning
•      Present solutions that address specific business challenges
•      Build sustainable client relationships
•      Manage your own client pipeline
Key responsibilities:
•      Attend structured training sessions on sales methodology and client engagement
•      Shadow experienced team members on client visits
•      Conduct supervised client meetings (with mentor guidance available)
•      Maintain detailed client interaction records
•      Participate in team debriefs and continuous improvement discussions
•      Travel to regional markets as part of development (3+trips per year)
Ideal candidate profile:
•      Age 18–28, Fresh Graduate, ORD, or early career
•      Coachable and eager to develop professional sales skills
•      Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating your approach
•      Natural communicator with professional bearing
•      Strong work ethic and commitment to structured learning
•      No prior sales experience required (attitude matters more)
