Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, and company website).
• Monitor online sales performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely fulfilment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally.

Marketing

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and promotional materials.
• Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Track and analyze marketing results and prepare simple reports.

Operations Coordination

• Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.

Customer Service
