【Roles & Responsibilities】

1. Being responsible for general ledger accounting and intercompany reconciliations of the Group’s overseas subsidiaries.

2. Being responsible for regularly general ledger accounts review to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, clearance, and compliance with supporting documents.

3. Being responsible for preparing financial statements, financial footnotes, and annual final financial statements for the Group’s overseas subsidiaries.

4. Being responsible for tax filing for the Group’s Singapore subsidiary.

5. Revising general ledger and accounting standards to promote standardization in accounting practices.

6. Driving tax sharing and financial analysis initiatives, including shared tax filing and BI financial analysis projects.

7. Being responsible for improving the financial information quality of served business units.

【Key Requirements:】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in financial accounting or related fields education, with at least four years of experience in general ledger accounting or accounting firms. Experience with consolidated financial statements is preferred.

2. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singaporean financial and tax regulations.

3. Proficiency in SAP systems.

4. Strong logical skills, stress resistance, teamwork, and organizational skills.

5. Able to work overtime under high-pressure during peak seasons.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

7. Strong self-drive and learning ability

8. Knowledge of Chinese Accounting Standards and relevant tax regulations is a plus.

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Develop the company’s construction strategy, annual plans, and operational goals.

3. Financial Management

• Ensure all projects comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Review safety reports, audits, and accident investigations.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

6. Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight

• Ensure construction works meet required quality standards and client specifications.
• Oversee inspections, quality audits, and technical issue resolution.
• Approve critical technical decisions or engineering solutions.

7. Client, Stakeholder, and Government Coordination

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and partners.
• Attend high-level meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
• Manage escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Team Leadership & Workforce Management

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate senior project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Plan manpower needs and oversee recruitment for construction roles.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and training culture.

9. Risk Management

• Identify project and organizational risks (technical, financial, legal).
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Manage crisis situations and ensure minimal project disruption.

10. Reporting to Top Management / Board

• Provide updates on project portfolio performance, financial status, risks, and forecasts.
• Prepare executive reports summarizing KPIs and business outcomes.

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites (construction sites, offices, hotels, restaurants, and public areas).

Assign duties to cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to schedules and service standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety requirements.

Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.

Monitor the use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment to ensure cost control and safe handling.

Handle client feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and company policies.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on manpower deployment, attendance, and site performance.

Coordinate with Operations Manager on manpower planning and service improvements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cleaning or facilities supervision.

Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning procedures.

Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple sites.

Basic reporting and communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.

Key Skills – Cleaning Supervisor

The General Manager (Construction) is responsible for overseeing all construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role involves managing project teams, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, client satisfaction, and driving business growth within the construction division. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all construction operations, including project planning, execution, and delivery. Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, project planning, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
