Job Summary

Lead and develop site-based maintenance and excellence teams to optimize automated handling system performance, improve processes, and ensure operational excellence in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site-based Maintenance Team and Excellence Team to achieve operational goals
• Analyze automated handling system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Communicate performance metrics and progress effectively with internal teams and customers
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute solutions to optimize maintenance operations
• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities efficiently
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and tooling to streamline maintenance workflows
• Maintain continuous focus on Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Develop and manage maintenance team schedules and shift rotations to ensure optimal manpower and skill distribution
• Coordinate and distribute maintenance activities to meet operational demands and deadlines
• Rotate staff assignments to broaden skill sets and ensure adequate coverage across maintenance functions
• Collaborate with operations management to assess and mitigate maintenance impacts on daily operations
• Methodically analyze and improve departmental processes, including people development and team performance

Plan and coordinate daily job schedules while managing client complaints and ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks, breaks or other issues.
• Read and utilize maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.
• Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, oxygen systems, fuel systems, gaskets, and seals.
• Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of equipment’s and aircraft components.
• Interpret specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities.
• Perform regular inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear.
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company.
• Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns
• Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance
• Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts.

Qualification / Expertise / Skills

• Minimum ITE holder or GCE ‘O’ Level or Aerospace Engineering
• At least 5 years of experiences practical and documented aircraft maintenance experience
• Those with experience on any of the following type B737,A320,Fokker 100 & ATR would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Base Maintenance activities would be an added advantage

Education / Experience

 Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

Job Description

• Responsible for configuration, maintenance and upgrading of servers, networks and related hardware and software

• Perform asset management and maintain accurate asset records

• Perform day-to-day IT infrastructure health and security monitoring and checks

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and network related issues

• Perform change management control, and ensure changes are trackable and properly documented

• Respond to service requests and incidents to provide timely and effective resolutions

• Work with service providers/vendors to ensure SLAs are met

• Best be able to automate tasks with basic Bash/PowerShell scripting and high-level programming languages such as Python/Perl

• Provide support in the provisioning of IT infrastructure-related projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or equivalent

• Entry level welcome or relevant working experience preferred

• Best to have working knowledge and strong understanding in (Redhat, Windows OS, Cisco, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, VMware)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to troubleshoot IT problems using logs, and tracing through steps

• Able to work independently and contribute as a team

• Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies and tools for the continuous improvement of systems and processes

Job Description

· Draft detailed Alum Window and Door, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, Engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.

· Obtain and assemble data to complete designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as ncessary.

· Develop detailed design drawings and specifications, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.

· Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs, procedures and instructions to be followed.

· Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for equipment and systems, using computer-assisted equipment.

· Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies.

· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Preferably with Diploma/ Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering/ Intelligent Building Technology

· Candidates without the necessary academic qualifications will also be considered based on project references.

· Confidence and Assertiveness with high degree of initiative and interpersonal skills.

· Preferably with 3-4 years' experience in the construction industry of M&E or ACMV projects.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
