The MRE Engineering Technician is responsible for executing DET Guzik and QMT testing activities, supporting production and engineering operations through accurate data collection, analysis, troubleshooting, and tester buyoff. Job Summary

The Production Engineer supports and optimizes daily electroplating operations to ensure consistent product quality, efficient production flow, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Support internal, external, and customer audits.

Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.

• Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and supervise Production Teams.

Assist in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and task allocation.

Provide coaching, training, and performance guidance to improve team competency and discipline.

Act as the Operations Manager’s representative when required.

• Inventory & Asset Control

Monitor inventory levels of critical spares, work-in-progress, and finished jobs.

Ensure secure handling, storage, and movement of high-value materials.

Coordinate with logistics for material receipt, shipment and documentation on accuracy.

• Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and review operational, safety, and production reports.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve recovery rates, reduce losses, and enhance operational efficiency.

Review and update SOPs and work instructions as required.
