Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership

• Own and drive sales performance across corporate and inbound sales channels

• Set and track sales targets, pipelines, and conversion metrics for the team

• Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions to boost revenue

Team Management & Onboarding

• Lead, coach, and manage newly onboarded sales staff

• Conduct structured onboarding to align with SSG guidelines and internal SOPs

• Reinforce compliance knowledge and grant-related policies

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all sales activities meet grant and regulatory requirements

• Liaise with internal compliance and training teams to uphold audit readiness

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure consistent data hygiene

Operational Oversight

• Coordinate daily sales operations and scheduling for events and outreach

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and partnerships to support campaigns

• Present performance insights to leadership through regular reporting
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field

• Minimum 5 years in business development, sales team leadership, or client-facing roles

• Prior experience leading sales or business development teams is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with SSG, WSQ frameworks, and government grant schemes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, analytical, and passionate about developing high-performing teams
