Responsibilities:
• Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with resource requirements, HR to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
• Source and pre-qualify candidates that match business requirements.
• Deliver, and/or support the Recruitment Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each entity.
• Reach out & connect with potential pipelines through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
• Be able to respond to changes and work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• Diploma / Degree Holder
• Little or No experience in recruitment
• Demonstrated success of driving change within the organization
• Strong communication skills
