Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and develop key accounts, preferably FMCG/food sector.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
· To focus on business development – new customers and new projects.
· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
· Manage end-to-end sales process, including leads generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, manage delivery timelines and post-sales support.
· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to meet client
requirements.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage delivery timelines.
· Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates to management.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Job Requirements:
· Proven sales track record in the FMCG/food industry.
· Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and account management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
· High level of professionalism and integrity.
