Our client, a leading Family Office company, is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join their team as a Senior Finance & Admin Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
Finance
- Manage daily finance operations and coordinate with outsourced accounting and payroll vendors.
- Prepare or support full sets of accounts, including ledgers, worksheets, and financial schedules.
- Monitor cashflow, budgets, and expenses across entities.
- Maintain investment and trade records.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external partners.
- Support the CEO on finance matters, including tax and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
Administration & Operations
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
- Maintain organised corporate and financial documentation.
- Support HR tasks such as employee records and onboarding.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and handle confidential information.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and wider team
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Central
- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$5,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
