We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented and curious individual to join our team.  The Market and Client Support role supports clients and internal stakeholders across client onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing relationship management. The role acts as a key liaison between Commercial, Market Operations, Risk, Technology, and other internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved efficiently, client and vendor relationships are well supported, and market support documentation are maintained in line with the exchange and clearing framework, rules, procedures, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding, Due Diligence & Relationship Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients during the onboarding process, coordinating communication and progress across internal teams such as Market Operations, Technology, Risk, Regulatory and Commercial teams
  
• Support client onboarding and due diligence processes by providing required documentation, information, and clarifications
  
• Ensure onboarding timelines are met
  
• Act as a coordination point to help investigate, manage, and rectify client issues during onboarding and ongoing relationship support, working with relevant internal teams as required
  
• Assist with ongoing relationship management by preparing relevant documentation, updates, and responses to sales- and market-related queries
  

Exchange & Clearing Framework Knowledge

• Maintain a strong working understanding of the exchange and clearing framework
  
• Be familiar with applicable rules, procedures, and internal policies and understand how they impact clients
  
• Support internal and external queries relating to commercial and client-facing aspects of the framework
  

Technology Vendor Coordination & Management

• Act as a day-to-day coordination point for technology vendors in relation to client onboarding, market access, and ongoing client support
  
• Coordinate vendor inputs, timelines, and information required to support client onboarding and issue resolution
  
• Track vendor-related issues, actions, and dependencies, escalating where required to internal Technology or Operations teams
  

Documentation & Information Management

• Prepare, maintain, and revise key client-facing documentation, including:Client guides, onboarding materials, and FAQs
  Internal process and SOP documents and templates
  
• Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with approved frameworks and policies
  

Onboarding Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Track and maintain accurate records of client onboarding status, milestones, and dependencies
  
• Prepare regular onboarding progress updates for internal stakeholders, including Commercial, while maintaining audit-ready onboarding records and documentation via internal CRM.
  
• Support visibility of onboarding timelines, risks, and blockers, escalating issues where appropriate
  

Business Infrastructure & Process Support

• Support the build-out and ongoing maintenance of departmental business infrastructure, including:Standardised templates and document repositories
  Trackers for projects, onboarding, approvals, client issues, and vendor interactions
  Defined workflows for client support processes
  
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in existing processes and propose improvements
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field.
  
• 3–7 years of experience in client onboarding, client services, operations, or compliance within a relevant business such as a derivatives exchange, clearing house, broker, bank or technology vendor.
  
• Understanding of commodities derivatives markets and how market participants interact with full trade life cycle of derivatives.
  
• Solid knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements
  

• Project management or process improvement experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on business development initiatives  to expand precious metals business, including the addition of new products and services.
  
• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.
  
• Engage with clients on pricing and market updates, supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with the Managing Director and Sales team.
  
• Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients, partners, and internal leadership.
  
• Operations support:Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries as the business ramps up.
  Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.
  
• Take on additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, website updates, research, or assisting with marketing initiatives.
  
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•  Perform continuous monitoring, routine patrols, and inspection of data centre infrastructure, critical facilities, and associated equipment.
•  Manage day-to-day maintenance coordination, and escalate any critical troubleshooting requirements that needs to be conducted by manufacturers.
•  Conduct routine checks of M&E and critical systems performance.
•  Record and report daily operating conditions, abnormalities, and system status.
•  Supervise and oversee OEMs, subcontractors, and service vendors performing works on electrical, mechanical, fire, and critical facilities systems.
• Ensure all vendors deliver competent, safe, and quality services in compliance with contractual obligations, site rules, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduled and ad-hoc vendor activities, ensuring proper documentation and work completion.
• Promptly respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Execute incident escalation in accordance with approved escalation matrices and emergency response procedures.
• Provide standby and emergency support when activated, including shift stand-in or additional coverage as required.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover of duties during shift changes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work as part of a 2-person DCFM rotating team for shifts on a 24 x 7 shift basis.
2. Carry out work in accordance with site processes and requirements
3. General facilities duties, including monitoring of equipment and report on daily condition.
4. Supervise preventive maintenance activities and ad-hoc work orders for mechanical, electrical, and other installed M&E systems, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
5. Supervise onsite vendors to ensure timely and high-quality work
6. Ensure proper escalation in accordance with incident escalation process.
7. Capable of reviewing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
8. Capable to update daily progress of work , equipment status, maintenance service chits and or work orders via a CMS system
9. Ensure that service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are consistently met
10. Able to carry out impact assessment during system fault and technically sound to contain fault to ensure M&E system service continuity.
11. Proactively look out for site abnormalities and possible areas of improvement, recommend solutions and put-up proposal to Supervisor.
12. Prepare to be deployed back to site when on standby duty during non-working hours 
13. Occasionally carry out minor repair work such as replacing lighting, SSO replacement etc
14. Any other duties assigned by DCFM/DCFO technical officers, engineers and managers

Required Qualifications

2.     Additional certifications relevant to the industry is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

·      Perform duty and/or shift duty roster to manage data centre (DC) operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, project rollout and facilities related matters. This includes maintain and repair of infrastructure systems and all critical facilities equipment including the monitoring of BMS System

·      Perform DC monitoring and maintenance on infrastructure systems, critical facilities and associated equipment.

·      Perform preventive and corrective support to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on DC infrastructure systems, critical facilities equipment and/or services.

·      Ensure all subcontractors deliver a quality and competent service and all contractual obligations are met. Supervise the vendors to all scheduled and adhoc activities related to DC facilities.

·      Perform DC and critical facilities work on environmental and management programs

·      Perform equipment functionality test and data analysis

·      Perform assets management duty, including maintaining of inventory, change and control programs and purchase of parts and supplies

·      Promptly respond and attend to incident and/or emergency situations

·      Provide standby support upon activation for shift duty stand-in and/or other coverage

·      Conduct routine, sanity check and ongoing assessment of DC infrastructure systems and critical facilities operations

Requirements

·      Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent

·      At least 2 years’ experience in facilities operations experience in DC or 24/7 critical environment management.

·      Detailed understanding and experience of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a DC and commercial environment.

·      Experience in vendor management, ability to manage and progress monitoring to ensure objectives are achieve for outsourced support and projects.

1. Quality Assurance & Process Compliance

• Review and ensure all FM processes, SOPs, EOPs, workflows, and checklists comply with ISO standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.

• Validate that operational activities align with approved procedures and the QMS framework.

• Assist in the preparation, implementation, and improvement of quality assurance policies and guidelines.

2. QMS Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support the Quality Manager in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS 564 documentation and compliance.

• Participate in QMS reviews, gap analysis, and process enhancement initiatives.

• Coordinate change management for document revisions, version control, and procedural updates.

3. Audit & Compliance Monitoring

• Assist in planning and conducting internal audits, compliance assessments, and vendor audits.

• Track audit findings, NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.

• Verify vendor service reports, statutory compliance certificates, and maintenance documentation.

4. Data Validation & Performance Monitoring

• Analyse FM performance metrics such as PPM completion, incident response times, SLA compliance, energy consumption, downtime, and operational trends.

• Validate accuracy of CMMS/CAFM entries, inspection logs, permit-to-work records, and maintenance data.

• Prepare QA dashboards and reports for management and clients.

5. Vendor & Contractor Assurance

• Ensure vendor processes, method statements, competencies, and documentation meet QA expectations before work execution.

• Conduct random checks to ensure alignment to contract specifications and safety requirements.

• Review and ensure close-out of service reports, service quality issues, and material compliance.

6. Incident & Risk Governance

• Support root cause analysis for incidents, faults, and non-conformances.

• Track incident trends and recommend preventive measures.

• Maintain accurate records for incident reports, near-miss logs, and risk registers.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain QA records, audit logs, compliance matrices, risk logs, and QMS documents.

• Prepare weekly/monthly QA reports highlighting issues, recurring gaps, audit results, and corrective actions.

• Ensure documentation readiness for client audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, Quality, or related engineering disciplines.

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certificate is an advantage.

• Familiarity with TIA-942, SS 564, SS 553, SS 568, and DC/mission-critical standards is beneficial.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in FM, building services, QA/QC, industrial operations, or critical infrastructure.

• Experience in data centres or mission-critical facilities is preferred.

• Knowledge of key M&E systems (GRUPS, generator, chillers, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH, BMS) is desirable.

Skills
